If you make an enquiry but don't go on to become a client, we keep your enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them — sooner if you ask us to.
If you become a client, we keep your clinical records for a minimum of 7 years after your last session with us (or until you turn 25, if therapy began while you were a minor). This is the retention period Therapy Atelier applies to client records, in keeping with common record-keeping practice for talking therapies in Australia. Records are then securely destroyed.
Where your information is stored
Our website is hosted by A2 Hosting, with servers located in the United States. Enquiry form submissions are stored in our website’s secure database and emailed to us at enquire@therapyatelier.com; they are not shared with any third-party marketing service.
