Where rupture meets repair.

Couples Intensives — Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula

A private, carefully guided format for couples seeking depth, momentum, and meaningful movement.

A couples intensive is not simply more therapy compressed into fewer days. It is a different mode of working entirely — one that allows the couple to move past the surface and into the deeper patterns that weekly sessions rarely reach. At Therapy Atelier, intensives are carefully held, depth-informed, and designed for couples who are ready to do serious work.

Share a few details and I’ll respond with available times. I offer a limited number of intensive weekends each year for couples ready to work deeply.

This may be especially suited to couples who are

  • carrying entrenched conflict, emotional distance, or repeated rupture

  • navigating an affair, betrayal, secrecy, or a serious loss of trust

  • facing a major transition, decision, or relational turning point

  • feeling that too much remains unspoken, unresolved, or difficult to contain

  • wanting to make meaningful use of a limited period of time

  • travelling from interstate or overseas for care

  • seeking a more immersive and private therapeutic experience

Begin the work that truly lasts

If you are considering a Couples Intensive, the first step is to make an enquiry or book an initial consultation. From there, we can consider together whether this format is appropriate, what kind of structure would best serve the work, and how the process may be shaped to meet the needs of your relationship.
