Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.

For Couples Intensives and Retreat Intensives, payment terms will be discussed and confirmed during the consultation and booking process.

Cancellation 

Weekly Couples Therapy

A minimum of two full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a weekly session. Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice will be charged the full session fee of AUD 480. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or unexpected circumstances.

Couples Intensives

A deposit is required to secure all Intensive bookings. Cancellation terms are provided in writing prior to confirmation. As a general guide:

• More than 14 days’ notice — deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of AUD 150
• 7–14 days’ notice — 50% of the total fee is retained
• Less than 7 days’ notice — the full fee is retained

Retreat Intensives

A deposit is required to secure all Retreat Intensive bookings. The following terms apply:

• More than 30 days’ notice — deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of AUD 150
• 14–30 days’ notice — 50% of the total fee is retained
• Less than 14 days’ notice — the full fee is retained.

• Late Arrivals

  Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals are accommodated within the remaining session time and do not extend the session or reduce the fee.

  How to Cancel or Reschedule

  Please contact us by phone or email as early as possible. Requests made outside business hours are recorded from the next business day.
