Couples Intensives · Mornington Peninsula

Three or five days.
Continuous, serious work.

A private, depth-informed couples intensive on the Mornington Peninsula. For couples who want more than weekly therapy can offer — focused, immersive, and carefully held. Some couples know this format as marathon couples therapy.

The intensive begins with a consultation. Many couples choose to take that step first: a private ninety-minute session, A$350, which forms part of the intensive fee should you go on to book the days.

You want serious work, not surface conversation
You are interstate or overseas and would rather do the work in one stretch
You want to work intensively before a major life transition
Recurring conflict that escalates before it can be resolved
You are ready to do the work, and want the room for it

Tumee Hugginson

I am a Gottman-trained couples therapist holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, working with couples across Japan, Australia, and internationally.

My approach integrates Gottman Method Couples Therapy with depth psychology, attachment theory, and a careful attention to the unconscious dynamics that shape relational life. I work with couples facing betrayal, disconnection, conflict, and the slow erosion of intimacy — as well as those who simply want to go deeper.

Therapy Atelier was created for couples who want something more considered — a private, unhurried space to do real work.
