THERAPY ATELIER — CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum of two full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a weekly session. Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice will be charged the full session fee of AUD 350. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or unexpected circumstances.
A deposit is required to secure all Intensive bookings. Cancellation terms are provided in writing prior to confirmation. As a general guide:
- More than 14 days’ notice — deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of AUD 150
- 7–14 days’ notice — 50% of the total fee is retained
- Less than 7 days’ notice — the full fee is retained
A deposit is required to secure all Retreat Intensive bookings. The following terms apply:
- More than 30 days’ notice — deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of AUD 150
- 14–30 days’ notice — 50% of the total fee is retained
- Less than 14 days’ notice — the full fee is retained
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals are accommodated within the remaining session time and do not extend the session or reduce the fee.
