Where rupture meets repair.

Couples Intensives

A private, carefully guided format for couples seeking depth, momentum, and meaningful movement.

For some couples, weekly therapy is the right place to begin. For others, a more concentrated format is needed — especially when the relationship is under strain, time feels precious, or too much has remained unspoken for too long.

Couples Intensives offer a focused and extended space in which to understand the relationship more fully, work through what has become stuck, and begin creating movement with greater clarity and continuity.

This may be especially suited to couples who are

  • carrying entrenched conflict, emotional distance, or repeated rupture

  • navigating betrayal, secrecy, or a serious loss of trust

  • facing a major transition, decision, or relational turning point

  • feeling that too much remains unspoken, unresolved, or difficult to contain

  • wanting to make meaningful use of a limited period of time

  • travelling from interstate or overseas for care

  • seeking a more immersive and private therapeutic experience

Begin the work that truly lasts

If you are considering a Couples Intensive, the first step is to make an enquiry or book an initial consultation. From there, we can consider together whether this format is appropriate, what kind of structure would best serve the work, and how the process may be shaped to meet the needs of your relationship.
